I founded Ellipsis on a simple idea: the incumbent model for IR advisory needed an alternative. While most look to advisory firms for IPO support, my career afforded me a seat at the table with founders and C-suite leaders at iconic companies facing defining moments, including Pixar, Google, Facebook, Tesla, and Lam Research. What I learned is that “being public is harder than going public”. We apply a lens that has seen the full corporate lifecycle to drive success in those defining moments: helping venture stage companies find their narrative, setting IPOs up for long-term success, and steering public companies through the inevitable twists and turns to creating shareholder value. We also specialize in the critical moments in between: managing expectations, reinforcing management credibility, and building strong relationships with the investment community.
